职位描述

1      餐厅管理,拥有良好的餐饮服务意识和餐饮管理经验,按照客户要求及时提供优质的服务,并定期检查定期检查餐厅卫生,食品相关产品供货者的许可证和产品合格证明文件;定期会议定期组织膳食委员会会议,并跟进会议纪要与整改行动。 Catering management, with good catering service awareness and experience, timely provide high-quality service according to customer requirements, and regularly check the restaurant hygiene, food related product supplier's license and product qualification certificate; regular meeting, regularly organizing catering committee meeting, and follow up meeting minutes and rectification actions. 2      供应商管理,管理咖啡机、饮水机、工作服(工衣清洗及对帐)、虫害控制,餐厅,制定相应的KPI考核体系系统管理,提高员工满意度。 Supplier management, management of coffee machine, water dispenser, work clothes (clothes cleaning and reconciliation), pest control, restaurants, formulate corresponding KPI assessment system, system management, improve employee satisfaction. 3      行政管理,负责项目软服务业务线管理,包括前台服务,工单服务,文具管理,空间管理等,通过制定相应的SOP进行系统控制,不断提高服务质量。 Administrative management, responsible for the project admin service business line management, including front desk service, helpdesk service, stationery management, space management, etc., through the development of corresponding SOP system control, continuously improve the service quality 4      客户沟通,为客户提供优质服务,保持良好的客户关系和沟通,有效相应客户需求并提供解决方案。 Customer communication, provide quality service to customers, maintain good customer relationship and communication, effectively respond to customer needs and provide solutions. 5      财务管理,负责协助供应商成项财务应收、应付并优化流程 Financial management, responsible for assisting suppliers to make financial accounts receivable and payable and optimize the process    

 

 

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 

  ·       拥有良好的沟通能力;能够在与客户互动中,向他们提供高品质的服务 Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with customer; demonstrated ability to customers that reflects professional service ·       有良好的英语书面和口头沟通的技巧 Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken ·       熟悉计算机操作 Computer literate
