负责并完善影院的经营和管理工作，根据总部确定的影院年度收入、现金流和利润指标，制定具体的行动计划；制定影院发展目标和行动计划并完成影城年度业绩指标；

Handle and improve the operation and management of theaters; develop specific action plans based on the annual revenue, cash flow and profit targets of theaters set by headquarters; develop development objectives and action plans and achieve annual performance targets for theaters.

深入了解并积极管理食品安全和卫生实践，以及环境、健康和安全责任，遵循UBR政策、程序、培训和团队成员参与活动。

Understand and actively manage Food Safety and Hygiene practices, in addition to Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Lead Food Safety Committee.

监督影城副总经理负责影院的市场推广计划和实施，制定影城经营目标策略，领导影片的票房促销，实现票房收入的提升和影院品牌的建立；

Supervise the Deputy General Manager of studios to make and implement the marketing plan of theaters; develop theaters' business target strategies and guide box office promotions for movies to increase box office revenue and build the brand of the theater.

负责监管整个营销活动过程，同时加强与UBR市场营销团队加强合作，根据年度计划进行有效的营销活动控制与策略调整，并对市场营销的收效有预测及审计的能力；

Oversee the entire marketing campaign process; partner with the UBR Marketing Team and conduct effective control and strategy adjustment of marketing activities based on annual plans, with the ability to forecast and audit the effectiveness of marketing.

负责坚持贯彻影院的经营目标，注重五星级影院的服务管理，教育员工从细节入手，为所有顾客提供100％满意的服务；

Consistently implement business objectives of theaters, maintain a five-star theater service management, and train staff to provide 100% satisfactory services for all customers from details.

负责细致了解影院票房、卖品及电影副产品的经营状况，实现票房***化的排片策略，不断创新，开拓并建立有效的多种经营方式，同时合理控制损耗，达到完成预算目标直至赢利的目的；

Thoroughly understand the operation of box office, goods for sale and movie by-products, achieve the film scheduling strategy with maximum box office revenues, constantly innovate, explore and establish various effective business methods, and reasonably control losses to achieve the goal of budget until profitability.

负责每周及每月跟进卖品盘点状况，掌握损耗统计的报告和盘点分析报告并制定卖品销售业绩提升计划；

Follow up the status of the stocktaking of goods for sales weekly and monthly, keep track of the reports of loss statistics and stocktaking analysis and make plans to improve the sales performance of goods.

负责合理安排管理人员的工作范围，并在日常工作中加强监督管理；

Reasonably organize the working scope of managers and enhance supervision and management in daily work.

负责同当地的政府机关、企业事业单位、媒体记者、总部、本地电影公司及各同行电影院、合作厂家的工作联络，并进行良好关系维护；积极加强与UBR媒体关系以及传播团队的紧密合作。

Liaise and maintain good relations with local government organs, enterprises and institutions, media reporters, headquarters, local film companies, theaters of the same trade and cooperative manufacturers. Partner closely with UBR Media Relations and Communications Team.

负责监督影院人力资源管理工作，注重加强各级管理人员及员工的培养和再培训，树立企业文化模式，不断提高影院员工的素质，增强企业的凝聚力及稳定性；

Oversee the management of human resources of theaters, strengthen the training and retraining of managers and employees at all levels, establish a model of corporate culture, constantly improve the quality of its employees, and enhance corporate cohesion and stability.

全面掌握影院的财务管理，掌握影院的财务状况及各项支出情况，严格遵守影院各项财务制度，并依据相关财务制度合理支配资金；

Take full responsibility of financial management of theaters, keep track of their financial status and various expenditures, and strictly comply with their financial systems, and reasonably allocate funds in accordance with relevant financial systems.

任职资格 QUALIFICATIONS：

5年以上相关工作经验(影院经营管理优先、酒店或餐饮管理可)；

At least 5 years of relevant work experience (theater operation and management preferred, or hotel/catering management);

善于团队管理，具备较强的数据分析能力、沟通能力、亲和力及领导力；思维敏捷，具备解决突发事件的能力；

Good at team management with strong data analysis, communication, affinity and leadership skills. Quick thinking with the ability to solve emergencies.

熟悉影城运营体系及操作标准，了解行业未来发展方向；

Familiar with operating systems and operating standards of studios, and understand the future development of the industry.

为人正派、稳健、踏实、工作认真负责、善于沟通协调、抗压性高、有良好的执行能力及管理能力；
