Requirements:           
-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical industry / product related major;           
-At least 5 years’ experience in quality management, medium and large scale factory quality management is preferred;           
-Familiar with the process and method of quality management in construction machinery industry;          
-Be able to use quality audit standards and improve quality audit.
-Familiar with SPC, FEMA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D and other quality management tools;  
-Strong organization and coordination ability, team work spirit, good oral and written communication skills, strong sense of responsibility;          
-Fluent in English.
