Under the management of product validation manager , delegate on the specific product development project, architect the validation planning, to manage DV,PV testing along with VPDS (Veoneer Product Development System).

  

Ensure DV,PV delivery of customer PPAP and overall product performance evaluation.

Tasks:  

  

• Work with project team to architect test scope base on requirements and specifications (internal, external, customer etc.), DFMEA, PFEMEA, robustness analysis, etc.

• Work with project team to generate detailed test plan and DVP for each project.

• Prepare accessory tool before test , diagnostic tool, load simulation, fixture, harness etc.

• Training the internal and external lab staff about product setup ,test monitor etc.

• Onsite supervise test execute ensure the right method, setup used ; lead on DRBTR (design review base on test report) after test;

• Work with project team in case of failure analysis.

• Save all the relative document of test and summary LL/8D after validation finish.

• Work for testing document delivery of internal and external , DVP&R, result summary etc.

• Trouble shooting the block issue during test.

• Follow company standard and procedure ,especially familiar with DV PV process standards

• Work with project team to manage timeline of test

• Drive and coordinate internal and external laboratory resource within short validation time

• Cost estimate and PR, Payment workflow of testing.

• To submit and follow up NC, deviation approval process on test relative.

• Use management tool to follow up issues ,save document, create topic ,such as PLM,JIRA,confluence etc.

• Joint review of project milestone.

• Support new project RFQ.

     

  

• Diploma: College or above, in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

• Working Experience: 1 year or above

• Language: Fluent Chinese; English reading/writing is a must, fluent oral English is preferred.

• Knowledge in electronics and electrical product ,embedded system validation experience.

• Good knowledge in parameter test, electrical, EMC, environment, material etc.

• Well know the automotive test standard , ISO,IEC,CISPR,GB,Ford,GM,VW etc.

• To be rigorous, detail oriented and have highly sensitive of testing aspect

• Good experience with CAN tools like CANoe/CANanalyzer

• Basic knowledge of project management

• Team work capability and good communication skill

• Have a high sense of responsibility.

• Have the innovation spirit with agile

• Program knowledge can be plus,python ,labview etc.

• ADAS sensors and RF experience can be plus.

• Can work under pressure.
