职位描述

Your Impact


This position is mainly responsible for managing daily Channel Operations tasks and provides business support in the areas of channel management. You are expected to work as channel operations focal point to manage operations & processes including recruitment, contract renewal, off-boarding, amendment, authorization letters, and any other Channel operations matters. The person is expected to work with key stakeholders to streamline and track processes. In some cases, you may be expected to design new processes with stakeholders.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in planning, execution and improvement of enablement programs to accelerate and develop Channel Partners sales force effectiveness.

Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies:


? Perform, track and document channel management activities such as channel recruitment, on-boarding, enablement, termination, conversion and rebate and ensure compliance.

? Contract process and documentation. Manage contract renew, amendment approval, publishing, collection and archiving.

? Maintain accurate channel data within Salesforce and other systems to ensure the completion of the authorization and accuracy of channel information.

? Perform due diligence on the onboarding application and conducting exit interviews with channel to minimal legal, compliance and financial risks.

? Communicate critical updates and announcements to channel including policy, KPI managements, incentive programs, etc.

? Possess/Acquire good knowledge of company processes, procedures and product information/materials.

? Meet departmental standards for personal and team performance metrics including, but not limited to, contract volume handled, turnaround time and quality.

? Able to own specific work progress tracking mechanism, publish dashboard and escalate progress issues.

Our Needs

Here’s what we’ll need from you:


? Bachelor’s degree or above. Majoring international trade, finance or IT related is preferred.

本科及以上学历。 国际贸易,金融或IT相关专业优先。
