岗位职责： 

1.负责菌种的构建与改造； 

2.负责构建原核和真核表达系统，主要包括目的基因设计和优化、质粒构建，菌株转化；

3.负责菌种的检定和维护，进行小量表达，兼顾发酵评价工作； 

4.负责产品研发过程中实验数据整理、汇总，负责产品研发过程中技术文件和相关SOP的编制； 

5.根据部门负责人安排辅助参与发酵、蛋白纯化、质量分析等工作； 

6.领导交办的其他工作。 

Job Responsibilities： 

1. Responsible for the construction and transformation of strains; 

2. Responsible for the construction of prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems, mainly including target gene design and optimization, plasmid construction, strain transformation; 

3. Responsible for the verification and maintenance of strains, carry out a small amount of expression, and take into account the fermentation evaluation work；

4. Responsible for collating and summarizing experimental data during product development, and preparing technical documents and related SOPs during product development; 

5. According to the department head, arrange and assist in the work of fermentation, protein purification, quality analysis, etc.; 

6. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

任职要求： 

1.硕士及以上学历，微生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学等生物相关专业；

2.熟练掌握生化分子生物学各类实验技能，具备独立自主设计实验能力；

3.具备菌种构建、菌种筛选、菌种检定、菌种维护等相关经验优先； 

4.具有较好的科研能力和素养，对科研有浓厚兴趣； 

5.具有清晰的科研思路以及较强的分析和解决技术问题的能力。 

Job Requirements：

1. Master degree or above, majoring in biology-related majors such as microbiology, biochemistry and molecular biology, cell biology; 

2. Proficiency in various experimental skills in biochemical molecular biology, with the ability to independently design experiments; 

3. Possess relevant experience in strain construction, strain screening, strain verification, strain maintenance, etc. is preferred; 

4. Have good scientific research capabilities and literacy, and have a strong interest in scientific research; 

5. Have clear scientific research ideas and strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
