职位描述
Job Responsibility:
Launch of customer loyalty programme in China
Strategic development of the customer loyalty programme, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
Strategically direct, manage and plan all CRM communications activities to customer loyalty programme customers and track lifetime value.
Develop and manage all Costa China digital platforms with great thought for the engagement of customer loyalty programme
Align the Social Media strategy with other digital platforms to generate relationships with most engaged consumers.
Ensure full marketing integration between in store campaigns; the customer loyalty club communications; online & digital channels.
Review, develop and oversee the management of relevant data management software and set performance framework to manipulate and analyse customer data to gain customer insight, and develop knowledge of customer's behaviours and trends.
Support the launch of customer loyalty programme across remaining China business
Ensure a full and regular reporting framework to all internal & external stakeholders for the customer loyalty programme, website and social media.
Development and management of 3rd party CRM opportunities
Strategically develop the Costa gift card opportunity in the China retail business as a new revenue stream
Manage the marketing communications agency, email broadcast agency as well as the relationship with the wider Costa marketing team, insight, operations, corporate, finance, analysts, training and guest relations team
Job Requirement:
Understanding of implementation of marketing communications from strategic brand templates
Expertise in digital marketing, CRM and specifically eCRM
Ability to turn data insight into actionable and effective customer communication
Self motivated and self starting
Understanding of marketing communications
Database management and excellent insight and interpretation of data
Experience across the marketing mix with a good proportion focussed on digital marketing
Previous involvement in the management of brand loyalty schemes
Ability to deal effectively with senior management and director level management
