Responsibilities:

- Conduct Blueprint workshops to collect the clients’ requirements.

- Work with client and client’s previous vendors to ensure proper understanding and gathering of all existing data information and processes.

- Provide analysis and solution to client in terms of BIPO system.

- Design and document the client’s solution including their business requirements and any program specifications。

- Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing and conversion phase and assist in data loads and reconciliation

- Prepare user manual and provide end user training

- Generate test scripts and support clients throughout the UAT, Parallel and Go-Live phases.

Requirements:

- University degree or above, majored in Computer Science is preferred.

- 1– 3 years HR system related experience. Full life cycle implementations experience is preferred

- Familiar in SQL

- Excellent PC skills especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- Fluent English in oral and written.
