Mission
The assistant treasurer is responsible for:
- Performing treasury operations conforming to deadlines and procedures
- Preparing treasury reports
- Alert management in the event of a discrepancy being detected
He/she is under the line authority of the treasurer or the Finance Director

Key expected achievement
1. Treasury operations comply with procedures and meet deadlines
2. Quality reporting delivered in a timely manner (including statutory reporting)
3. Bank and current accounts checked daily and reconciled monthly with books

Main Activities
As part of implementation of Group financing policy and local rules, the assistant treasurer is tasked with:
1. Preparing all payment and cash-in transactions, as well as other manual movements in bank accounts, and/or approving mass payments.
2. Executing currency hedge transactions with CFM (or externally as the case may be)
3. Producing reports
4. Carrying out reconciliation of daily cash flow
5. Participating in preparation of cash flow forecasts
6. Proposing and making balancing transfers to manage bank accounts under zero cash
7. Monitoring bank charges and interest levels

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above with major Finance.
2. About 3 years related experience in MNCs (industrial manufacturing preferred)
3. Open-minded with very good communication skills
4. High level of operational efficiency and can work under pressure
5. Good level of English (spoken and written)
6. Excellent PC skills (word, excel, powerpoint), with SAP experiences is a plus
