职位描述
岗位职责：
1.开发，维护与升级版本发布流程。
2.建立，维护软件版本控制系统，并给内部提供培训支持。
3.软件基线/分支策略制定。
4.集成多方软件代码，产生项目版本
5.支持，提升编译工具与配置管理，持续集成，自动测试以及发布管理。
6.跟踪负责软件集成，编译与发布中发现的问题。
7.参与制定公司有关配置管理规划、流程和策略，编写规范文档。
任职要求:
1.计算机相关专业大专以上学历，2年以上软件开发、测试或软件配置管理流程相关经验，热衷于软件配置管理工作。
2.有CI/CD流程构建经验与技能。
3.熟练掌握Jira、Confluence、Jenkins、SVN/Git/Perforce等CI/CD平台和工具。
4.熟悉Unix/Linux系统操作，具有良好的Shell/Perl/Python等脚本语言开发能力。
5.熟悉软件质量管理（如CMMI、瀑布、敏捷等）、软件工程理论和方法，熟悉软件产品开发流程，具有智能手机软件/无线模组软件质量管理经验者优先。
6.熟悉java语言，有过Atlassian(Jira、Confluence)系列平台二次开发项目经验优。
7.具备高度责任感，良好的沟通协作能力，遇事积极主动。
