职位描述
岗位职责:
1、对接移远IoT平台相关的客户项目，深刻理解业务逻辑和项目需求，为业务成功提供项目侧的保障；
2、推动项目开发，协调在项目生命周期中的各方利益，保证产品稳定和可持续发展；
3、协助商务/产品/销售同事共同拓展客户，提供售前支持，介绍公司产品，为海外客户提供产品解决方案
4、负责移远IoT平台产品运营流程优化，以提升人效，降低成本；支撑业务发展及目标达成；
5、从客户及消费者角度出发，主动发现并推动问题闭环，推动规则、流程和产品优化；
任职资格:
1、本科及以上，2年以上互联网/物联网相关工作经验，具备项目管理经验、运营流程优化经验，有大型服务平台项目落地经验优先。
2、熟悉产品交互设计、功能逻辑设计相关流程，包括PRD文档、产品原型等
3、能快速学习和掌握新业务心知识，有较强的推动和沟通协调能力；
4、有IoT相关行业经验或SaaS服务相关经验优先。
5、具备优秀的英语听说读写能力者优先，良好的数据分析能力和文字功底
6、愿意接受挑战，接受出差.
