职位描述
岗位职责：
1、作为硬件平台项目，大客户项目的硬件技术接口人，带领硬件的项目研发团队BB, RF, EDA，开发LTE-A, 5G无线通信模组产品;
2、作为产品部，项目部，销售部及相关合作部门的硬件技术接口人，对VIP大客户RFI&RFQ分析, 做好研发可性性评估，开发中项目问题跟踪&落实，控制项目节点，把好研发质量关，统筹协调硬件研发进度的相关工作，做好交付任务；
3、熟悉平台资料方案，总结平台项目经验，优化大项目研发流程和规范；
4、对整体平台项目的硬件版本管理，技术方案演进调研，竞品分析
5、跨部门的沟通，协调和支持
6、主管交办的其他任务
任职要求:
1、通信、电子、无线电、微波、自动化等相关专业，本科学历及以上，具有手机和无线通信产品开发经验5年及以上；
2、英语CET-4以上，能熟练阅读及书写英文技术文献，英语口语流利者尤佳
3、熟悉各种手机BB/RF元器件物料，有项目质量，流程意识和经验，项目认证经验，熟悉3GPP优先；
4、具有较强的专业背景和行业经验，有较强的逻辑思维能力，判断能力和决策，执行能力;
5、具有较强的工作抗压能力；责任心强，善于沟通表达，积极向上，乐观精神;
