岗位职责：

1、 梳理和优化软件部工作流程，持续评估软件研发质量管理，建立高效的端到端流程体系；

2、 结合实际情况制定效率和质量提升方案，组织推进提升产品质量及交付效能的流程改进；

3、 为项目过程实施提供咨询和指导、培训；解决流程执行过程遇到的问题，协调资源解决问题；通过分析项目的进度，质量数据及时上升相应的风险问题。

4、 快速响应质量问题，领导跨职能团队分析根本原因并给出解决方案；

5、 推进流程的工具化和系统化，跟进执行情况并持续改进；

6、 持续不断学习、引进业内先进流程管理思想；

任职要求：

1、 全日制本科及以上学历，有软件项目管理经验、开发或测试经验者优先 ；

2、 3年以上过程改进经验，能够独立应对不同类型项目或不同类型部门的流程优化工作；

3、 熟悉CMMI、IPD或者Scrum、Kanban等；

4、 熟悉项目管理、研发管理流程，具有较强的系统性思考能力；

5、 工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作；

6、 有较强责任心和抗压能力。
