Role Description – summary

-        Be responsible for AGV commodity sourcing activities

-        Make the strategy of commodity to review the cost down and vendor’s layout

Responsible for advanced sourcing strategy, annual vendor assessment and integration with related units，e.g. Swisslog WDS&HCS

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Strategy Analyze for responsible AGV commodity;
• Lead cost-cut programs and/or processes to reach financial targets, like localization, VAVE, negotiation;
• Run RFQs to choose qualified supplier based on team sourcing decision to achieve localization and new product project requirements;
• Source and develop new qualified suppliers, maintain the strategic supplier base in order to build strong supplier panel;
• Negotiation aspects: negotiate with suppliers of all kinds of commercial agreements in order to optimize the price level, capacity, to ensure on time delivery with good quality; Manage and supervise the supplier performance to reduce supplier risk;
• Applies and implements SCM standard, tools and processes;
• Responsible for supply chain optimization to continuously improve supply lead time, stock level, capacity growth;
• Contract management;
• Setup and maintain supplier information and price, fixed access application and supplier information change in SAP&ERP system.

 - Technical purchasing experience in AGV manufacturing industry;

 - Knowledge about responsible commodity, including basic technology, cost structure, market intelligence etc; 

 - Strategic thinking; 

 - Good communication skill and execution; 

 - Have experience of MS-Office  and SAP;

 - Self-motivated, result-oriented, possesses high integrity; 

 - Fluent commend of Chinese and English, both written and spoken; 

 - Team work and collaboration.
