Responsibility:

- Develop and implement Marketing strategies and plans across China, including the introduction of new products. Responsible for the complete development process by which the brand plans are created.

- Responsible for the achievement of agreed volume/value, share and spending objectives through effective implementation of marketing plans.

- Effective development and administer the Advertising and Promotions budgets.

- Execute marketing programs to ensure that pre-determined objectives for designated brands are achieved.

- Monitor all elements of the marketing mix to track the achievements of pre-determined objectives for designated brands are achieved

- Manage and develop the human resource in the team.

- Work closely with Sales to implement marketing strategies, promotion programs that will assist in the achievement of sales objectives.

- Uncover consumer / brand insights to help develop profitable marketing

- Programs / initiatives. Develop communications/consumer promotions to achieve sales and profit objectives. Ensure the efficient execution of the agreed marketing plans for designated brands.

Requirement:

? A university degree

? Minimum of 5 years of FMCG Marketing experience

? Solid financial orientation and commercial sense i.e. good understanding of balance sheet and strong comprehension in managing budgets (Advertising & Promotions).

? Demonstrate urgency in getting things done.

? Solid analytical skills and planning capability with an attentive eye to details.

? Able to challenge status quo and thrive in a competitive environment.

? Strong computer knowledge in word processing/database system.
