Position : Merchandising Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily internal affairs for the leader and team ;

2. Assist the leadership to coordinate the relationship between the functional teams;

3. Draft work plan summary, be responsible for notices of meetings, and prepare record of important meetings;

4. Maintain corporate management systems, regulations, contracts to ensure overall run down smooth;

5. Master the schedule to do an appointment, arrange business travel for the leader;

6. Strengthen coordination and supervision of work between departments;

7. In charge of Foreign Liaison and communication work on the Corporation;

8. Responsible for project & sales coordination, order follow up, production sample approval, data input,

arrangement of product inspection and factory certification.

9. Complete other temporary work if assigned;


Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate or administrative or professional college education; above English 4 or more;

2. More than three years experiences in secretary or assistant position is a must, and exposures to

merchandising or marketing function in a sport wear/fashion industry is a plus;

3. Proficient in business writing , with excellent communication and coordination skills ;

4. Higher executive ability and highly motivated;

5. Detail minded and flexible in handling multi-tasks;

6. Sense of responsibility, professionalism and strong, able to work under pressure; good teamwork skills;

7. With Fashion Market sense.

8. Skilled use of MS office productivity software and automation equipment;
