RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Purification Facility ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desires zero injuries.
2. Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, services, continuous improvements, and meeting of budgets.
3. Develop Operations organization in the Zhumadian Purification Facility, and set up solid infrastructure to support the demand of the Facility Operational Reliability, Safety, also the demand of AP’s new Purification Opportunities.
4. Accountable for execution of the Production Plan, supervising the execution of the Safety Production Operation Regulations.
5. Focus on popularization and application for new technique, new energy saving process, advanced materials and high-performance equipment, etc. Improve Continuously the Purification Facility’s productivity, reliability.
6. Develop/train and promote top performing operators who are competent in Purification Operation, achieve success through teams, trustworthy, customer and employee focused, openly communicate, performance driven and result oriented.
7. Work closely with business areas and project development engineering to identify and win expansion projects.
8. Identify and complete the Purification DHR&ORR actions agreed with customer.
9. Closely interface with customer’s Function Team members on a routine basis, maintain close relation with Facility Manager of ASU and Gasification, get involved with Zhumadian Production Manager’ routine demands.
10. Optimize operating of the Special Cases. Set up AP standard Purification Operating Procedure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree minimum.
2. 10+ years in Coal to Ammonia/methanol, or related industries in operations and/or engineering or related activities. Preferably 6+ years in line supervision of process operations/engineering.
3. Capable and experiences of handling Large-scale Pulverized Purification commissioning, startup and normal operation management. The incumbent Shell & HTL Purification FM/Deputy FM of on-stream Facility has priority.
4. Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment.
5. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill.
6. Excellent Communication & coordination skills.
7. Mid-level oral English and written English will be helpful.
