1. 在你所负责的项目中，处理流程中所有的招聘工作。
2. 与客户沟通，了解客户需求，提供相关解决方案。
3. 制定候选人筛选策略，根据客户需求确定和评估目标候选人。
4. 解决整个招聘过程所有的和问题，如面试安排等。
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 善于沟通和良好的交际能力；
