职位描述
Responsibilities and Tasks
·Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
·Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IRIS system
·Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
·Document internal procedures, write training manuals and train end users.
·Assist with onboarding of new users
·Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
·Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
·Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
·Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
· Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
·Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
·Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
·VIP services related to GTS services.
·Assist in backup and media management.
Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in delivering IT services
·2 years of experiencemanagingend user desktop support is required
·2 years of experience using enterprise service management tools required
·Strong customer focus and service orientation
· Good communication and language skills in both English and Mandarin
·Experience in multiple technology service towers such as server, storage, virtualization, web, messaging, databases, WAN/LAN, MS Windows, Desktop computing hardware and software.
· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with the ITIL framework
Occasional domestic travel may be required
