Basic Purpose and Function: 基本职责

· Responsible for installation and maintenance of production machines and facility such as cooling water, power supply, AC and compressed air and so on.

· Responsible for edit and record of relative documentations.

· Responsible for plant building maintenance.

· Responsible for establishment and implementation of equipment routine check and PM.

· Responsible for the management of the spare parts and tools.

· Team work with other technicians on maintenance work.

· Control and management of position related environment aspects.

· Complete other tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or department manager.

· 安装及维护生产设备、工厂设施（例如冷却水、供电、空调系统、压缩空气等等）。

· 编辑相关的纪录并存档。

· 负责整个厂房范围的维护。

· 设备的日常维护和预防性维护。

· 备件、工具的管理。

· 协助其他人员完成维修工作。

· 本岗位所产生相关环境因素的控制。

· 完成维修主管或部门经理布置的其它任务。

· Shift work, overtime required when necessary

· Workshop working conditions.

Minimum requirements for the employment: 最低任职条件

· Above one years of experience on machine maintenance in an industrial manufacturing company

· Communicative and team-work oriented

· Self-motivated, able to find problems/faults and act on them independently

· Strong practical skills in electrical or mechanical area

· Senior high school education and above, good relevant theoretical and manual skills

· Has a broad knowledge of mechanic/electrical devices，able to read drawings

· Has Electrical IC card and Experience in PLC is preferred

· Experience in a rubber producing company is preferred

· 一年以上制造类公司机器维修经验

· 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

· 积极主动，能发现问题并独立解决问题

· 丰富的机械维修实践经验

· 高中以上学历，良好的相关理论知识和动手技能

· 丰富的机械/电器设备知识，能读懂图纸

· 有电工证并具备PLC知识的优先

· 有橡胶制造公司经验者优先
