Overall Role · Manage and maintain business between DTV (FG warehouse) and MS(Microsoft) APOC.

· Support and manage MS operations in Microsoft IEB department.

· Support and manage DTV related projects with MS.


Responsibilities
· Manage MS opportunity in line with CEVA's regional team

· Support CEVA's BD team in terms of customer presentations, proposals SOP, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions between the customer and CEVA.

· Reports to MS Distribution Manager with regards to strategic projects and operations matter.

· Lead and manage DTV related project with MS

· Support the Service Delivery team in the Asia Pacific Region to achieve defined objectives.

· Support MS month end accrual reporting and KPI activities.

· Supports and manage the VAS/rework quote and schedule plan and instructions with DTV and related SAP transactions

· Inventory management and related DTV system transactions

· Manage the day-to-day DTV related operations and performance and engage MS internal functions to resolved issues and escalation of issues as appropriate

· Manage Cost, quality and issuance of PO to DTV as approve by Distribution Manager

Qualifications
· Degree Holder with at least 3 years working experience OR

Diploma Holder with at least 5 years working experience in supply chain industry.

· Experience in managing Key Accounts Management preferred

Skill
· Knowledge of airfreight, ocean & logistics products

· Excellent communication skills, spoken and written

· Good at English writing and speaking

· Detail and consistent follow up

· Proven ability to manage and develop relationships at different levels in a customer organization

· Creative mindset to solve problems

· Excellent Presentation skills

· Data analysis skills using Microsoft programs

· Effective problem solving skills / knowledge

· Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
