Service Engineer_(赴微软)

Position Description:
As a member of the E&D Systems team, you’ll drive the supportability and manageability of our applications, guiding the product team through the release and deployment phase and help ensure the readiness of our Production Support team. You will interact with program and solutions management, development, and test to ensure we deliver quality applications that meet our customer requirements. You’ll play a key role throughout the product development cycle, collaborating on designs, features, and driving quality requirements and ensuring the product is ready for a high-availability production environment. You’ll design, develop and own appropriate monitoring solutions and provide Tier 3 Production Support.

Qualifications Include:
To qualify for this position, you must possess strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills. You must function well in a fast-paced collaborative environment and be able to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to complex production environment scenarios to ensure high availability. You will be able to demonstrate your strong troubleshooting and analytical skills through architecture and design discussions across technologies, through critical escalation support, and by mentoring others in your ownership area.

Requirements Include:
? A minimum of 3 years of database-related experience in a production environment
o Strong database related skills in SQL Server 2005/2008, including OLAP, performance tuning, failover technologies and strategies, SSIS, and SSRS
o SQL Administration including performance tuning and data analysis
o T-SQL stored procedure development, analysis, and troubleshooting
o Database implementation, db internals
? Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system
? A minimum of 2 years of IIS experience in a production environment
? 2 + years Production Support experience managing enterprise application
? Thorough understanding of service management foundations such as ITIL or MOF
? Ability to analyze live-site issues quickly and possess a thorough understanding of client/server architectures and high-availability clustered environments
? Outstanding customer service/focus skills
? Demonstrated ability in implementing and supporting multi-tiered, leading edge technology at an enterprise scale.
? Prior practical experience with change control, source control, disaster recovery and backup strategies required
? You must possess strong interpersonal skills, be a critical thinker, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Demonstrated ability to define and follow best practices and business processes.
? Familiarity with HTML , CSS, ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript, Javascript.
? Biztalk and IIS knowledge is a plus
? A BS/MS in computer science, information systems, and engineering and/or equivalent industry experience required.
