Specifically, eBay CN enables global trading by providing the leading cross-border online platforms in the largest export-driven economy China. We connect millions of Chinese sellers with ’00 millions of overseas buyers; we also enable Chinese buyers to find unique and authentic items from the most trusted sellers around the global.
China Marketplace Development team is based in Shanghai/Shenzhen and takes full responsibility of CN revenue target by designing and executing end-to-end initiatives and solutions on generating local market awareness, driving local seller acquisition and activation as well as growing trading activities in a dynamic global eBay online marketplace.
Position Description
A commission-based BD Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Individual business development in the assigned area, focusing on traders and manufacturers;
2. Meet the sales quota;
3. Responsible for key account development and management in respective region, quick in identify new business opportunities;
4. Support in setting up and managing the sales channel in respective regions;
5. Support eBay’s MKTG promotions/activities in respective regions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree, good communication skills in Chinese and English;
2. Understand the e-commerce, online auction and online payment industry in China;
3. Result-oriented, strong in sales skills, and eager to beat the target;
4. An independent, proactive and effective worker under pressure who understands team-working;
5. Understanding the business model of traders and manufacturers;
6. Sober judgment on product quality, company scale etc.
工作职责:
1. 独立开展所在地区具有规模的工厂及贸易商的拓展;
2. 独立开展所在地区大客户的业务关系开发及维护,识别新的业务机会;
3. 完成指派的交易量及商户数业绩指标;
4. 协助所在地区销售渠道的开拓与管理;
5. 协助所在地区的市场推广。
任职资格:
1. 大学本科学历,良好的中英文沟通能力;
2. 对电子商务,在线交易及电子支付市场有一定认识;
3. 以结果为导向,极强的销售欲望及销售能力;
4. 懂得在压力下自主高效地工作,并理解团队合作精神;
5. 对产品质量、公司规模有敏锐的判断能力;
6. 对所在地区的工厂及贸易商有一定认识。
