China Marketplace Development team is based in Shanghai/Shenzhen and takes full responsibility of CN revenue target by designing and executing end-to-end initiatives and solutions on generating local market awareness, driving local seller acquisition and activation as well as growing trading activities in a dynamic global eBay online marketplace.

Position Description
BD sales

Responsibilities:
- Providing consultancy and management over “Made-in-China” products and brands’ business on eBay;
- Providing marketing and sales proposal for Chinese products on eBay platform;
- Investigate, suggest and inspire new sellers on their pricing, CRM and SCM etc;
- Meet GMV target of specified categories;1. Outdoor, Life style and Sports; 2. Collectibles & Toy; 3 Industrial & Medical & others
- Support marketing activities of brands and sellers.

Qualifications:
- Sales/Marketing experience in related industry;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Preferred product marketing experience in retail or foreign trade business;
- Preferred knowledge of specific categories;
- Understand the e-commerce, online auction and online payment industry overseas;
- An independent, proactive and effective worker under pressure who understands team-work;
- Understanding the business model of traders and manufacturers;
- Sober judgment on product quality, company scale etc;
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.


职责要求
- 就中国制造的产品及品牌如何在eBay业务上取得成功提供咨询与管理;
- 借助Terapeak/内部数据等,分析中国产品在国际市场与eBay平台上的竞争力,并提供适当的营销方案建议;
-为eBay平台的新卖家提供组织架构,产品定价及推广,客户关系管理,供应链管理等方面的调研、咨询、建议、激励等;
- 完成某些具体品类(运动、户外;玩具、收藏;工业品、医疗等)的营业指标;
- 协助厂商与eBay卖家的市场推广。

任职资格:
- 相关行业销售市场背景
- 大学本科;
- 产品营销背景与经验优先录用;
- 熟悉相关品类,以及对外贸易流程者优先录用;
- 对外贸,电子商务,在线交易及电子支付市场有一定认识;
- 懂得在压力下自主高效地工作,并理解团队合作精神;
- 对产品质量、公司规模、公司运营模式等有敏锐的判断能力;
- 良好的中英文沟通能力。
