KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

§     Key responsibility:

1. Collect the testing information from fashion brands and fill the testing documents to send the raw material or finished products to do CIQ / AIC testing.
2. Work closely with CIQ&AIC lab in Shanghai & Beijing and coordinate with local brands about the testing issue or testing results. To ensure the quality for importation goods are compliant with local requirement and no delay in shipment due to insufficient documents.
3. Follow up and manually update test reports in SAP accurately,
4. mmunicate with fashion brand closely about testing status and deal with abnormal circumstance, remind local brands to do re-testing for failure item and record it in the non-compliance issue log sheet.
5. Be Familiar with GB standards and relative product law in fashion industry.
6. pport to local brands to inquiry issue of color fastness, PH value or other relative testing items.
7. Analyse the lab testing data by quarter to support for regional PTC Steering Committee Meeting.
8. Review the performance of each laboratory and check monthly testing fee.
9. E-filling and archive the original testing report by different brand, and keep the record to transfer one of original copy to brands and broker for shipment declaration.
10. Assistant to maintain and validate fashion brand keys in SAP
11. Review the CITES application data integrity and accuracy before submit to Shanghai CITES bureau.
12. Check the payment amount and duty slip no. for monthly collected duty and transfer to FP&A
13. Accept other administration matters assigned by department leader

DIMENSIONS

JOB PROFILE (FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

1. At least 2+ years operations experience relevant fashion industry.
2. Nice to have the working experience in laboratory.

Skills required

Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Good at written English

Good exposure and familiar with local practices in China

Strong creative and solutions orientated

SAP experience

Behavioral Competencies

Team Player and good communication skill

Patient, proactive and responsible
