Overall Purpose of Job:

- Receiving all incoming customers & make sure
sound office daily operation

- Call Center Operator back up

Main Tasks

- To professionally greet visitors

- To receive and dispatch incoming mail/fax

- To update info such as Adm. insite/vendor/

- Visa& dispatch letter for staff within travel schedule

- To make sure office supply such as water/stationery/tissue are sufficient.

- To provide a perfect office environment such as facility/equipment is in good condition

- To allocate office meeting room with efficiency

- Other tasks when assigned by the superviso

JOB PROFILE

Education and Training

- Colleague degree or above
- Good command in oral and written Chinese and English

Experiences

- 1~2 years working experiences in office Administration

- Preferably 23~30 years old


Other requirements

- Extensive knowledge of Lotus & MS Office
