Overall Purpose of Job:

- Enhance the sales force in term of normal sales order processing, KA management, Dealer management, Project management and other routine operation in china.

- Coordinate all promotion activities to support sales in their respective location.

Main Tasks:

- To deal with the daily document of price inquiry including pumps quotation and tender files.

- To assist sales in processing the KA management, Dealer management, project follow up, Stock Proposal, all payment closely chases.

- To respond customer's inquires and give a brief explanation of the technical problem, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance..

- To help the sales force to follow up the service case.

- To assist the sales force as to provision of documentation and information particulars, leaflets, quotations, prices, time of deliveries, bidding book, etc.

- To do some statistics of clients for sales reference

- To follow-up the delivery in time to avoid and reduce the deviation against SOR.

- The general backup for Sales team


Tools, equipment and word aids:

- Working's essential tools deemed necessary to execute the above tasks, as and when justified.


JOB PROFILE

Education and training:

- Diploma or degree holder, major in Machinery or Electric field preferred.
- Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.

Experiences:

- Experienced with relative works, will be an advantage.

Personality:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently

- Able to solve problem
- Good listener
- High ego needs

Physique:

- Female or male
- Preferable 25 to 30 years old
- Matured with good mental attitude
- Physically fit

Other requirements:

- Knowledge to operate PC
- Skillful in Office operation (Excel/PPT/Word etc)

Other Features:

- Willing to attend educational courses during her private times with company's sponsorship.
- Working day: Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30.
- Lunch: 12:00 to 13:00
