职位描述

Job Summary:

  

Follow SBU direction and TK China sales strategy to implement and track on-going area dealer’s development and market shared, work with TK channel management, technical support and customer service team to plan and execute the sales activities. Develop and enhance strategic relationship with key accounts to achieve the business targets. Provide training and supports to area dealers and customers, play close partnership with local customers. Oversees the achievement of monthly and seasonal business targets.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

·        Assume sales management responsibilities in appointed area to achieve the assigned business objectives;

·        Develop and implement strategic sales plan to set specific goals within the area. Research the potential participants in the cold chain and logistics business, monitor emerging trends in the market and coordinate with government bodies to build market potential and customer base;

·        Manage the efforts and performance of assigned area dealers including resolution to dealer’s  sales and service capability, as well as the conflict when multi-dealer is involved;

·        Manage the necessity and justification of signing up new dealers either when replacing or retaining the existing dealer(s);

·        Manage sales forecast, order placement and delivery in co-ordination with customer service and production planning;

·        Identify customer needs, manage customer satisfaction and establish a close working relationship with customer principles. Provide problem solving solution in addressing customer issues/claims on product, pricing, delivery, service etc.

·        Co-work with technical support center through application, trouble shooting, installation training to dealers to drive sales opportunities in responsible area;


Qualifications: 

·        Bachelor’s degree in refrigeration, HVAC, Engineering, Science or other relevant technical fields

·        At least 8-years commercial experience with more than 5-years in-depth sales experience in dealing with large accounts and providing various business solutions.

·        MNC, SOE and Public and Private Companies.

·        Strong sales background, channel management, direct selling, technical selling, business development with a sound technical base, leading or coordinating in a cross-area project will be a plus.

·        Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

·        Willing to travel frequently.

·        OEM business experience preferred
