l Responsible for the 7*24 shift work under the leadership of the team leader, and carried out the daily inspection and monitoring of the equipment in the machine room according to the specifications; Handle events and common faults according to procedures and operating specifications;

在班组长的带领下负责7*24倒班运行工作，按规范要求实施机房设备日常巡检、监控工作；按流程和操作规范进行事件及常见故障的处理；

l Good at discovering hidden dangers and defects of equipment during patrol inspection to ensure that the equipment under its jurisdiction is always in a good running state;

巡检时善于发现设备隐患及缺陷，确保所辖设备始终处于良好的运行状态；

l Carry out the cleaning and sanitation work in the responsibility area, and keep the indoor equipment and environment clean;

做好责任区内的清洁卫生工作，保持室内设备和环境的清洁；

l Carefully make the on-duty record and inspection record, earnestly implement the shift transfer system, and actively cooperate with other teams;

认真作好值班记录和巡查记录，认真执行交接班制度，积极配合其他班组；

l Operation and maintenance operation manual, inspection manual and related technical documents;

协助编制运维操作手册、巡检手册及相关技术文档；

l Complete all tasks assigned by the superior, take the initiative in work and be able to work under certain pressure;

完成上级交办的各项工作任务，工作主动并能承受一定的工作压力;

l Responsible for coordinating and arranging customer service requests

负责协调安排客户服务请求的配合工作

Required Knowledge and Skills:

l Major in mechatronics, electrical automation and related fields, computer related knowledge, familiar with the operation of office software;

机电一体化、电气自动化及相关专业，有计算机相关知识，熟悉操作办公软件；

l Familiar with HVAC, Electric, Building and Building Automation system and its operation and maintenance；

熟悉暖通空调系统，电气系统，建筑和楼宇自控的运行与维护

l Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under certain pressure, able to accept 7*24-hour shift work, and have the ability to deal with emergencies;

工作责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力，能接受7*24小时排班工作制，并有应急处理能力；

l Strong learning ability, able to pass the professional qualification examination, able to summarize work experience, and improve my operation and maintenance ability;

学习能力强，能通过岗位专业资质考核，能总结工作经验，提升自身运维能力水平；

l Certificates related to low-voltage electrician/air conditioning operation/building automation, high-voltage electrician network access permit, fire management and operation certificate are preferred;

具有低压电工/空调运行/楼宇自控等相关证书、高压电工进网许可证、消防管理操作证书优先；

l Strong team spirit, dedication and sense of responsibility;

具有较强的团队精神和敬业精神和责任心；

l Experience in maintenance of large and medium-sized data centers is preferred.
