1、两年以上大型购物中心营运管理经验；
2、熟悉运用各类办公软件；
3、具有良好服务意识，较强沟通协调能力及执行力，数据分析能力强。

工作职责：
1、协助完成购物中心各项日常营运管理工作；
2、协助处理购物中心场内投诉、突发事件；
3、协助财务部门跟进每月租户费用催缴工作。
