JOB SPECIFICATIONS
? Develop and deliver regional sales plan to achieve sales target monthly and annually
? Develop regional channel development plans, keep good relations with dealers and distributors to maintain the sustainable development
? Develop and implement mid-term plans, oversee the implementation of commercial plans, and ensure growth pipeline line with the company vision and strategy
? Drive sales growth though developing end users in target segments with right product portfolio and service
? Build a strong team through effective selection coaching, development and performance management
? Reasonable arrangements to control regional sales costs
? Keep close control on AR

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
(MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)
? Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing
? 12+ years of related sales with proven track record in leadership roles, tooling background is a plus
? Result-oriented, able to work in challenging business environment
? Strong negotiation skill
? Effective communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate cross diverse functions
? Demonstrate initiative, high sense of responsibility
? Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eager to meet and exceed goals and targets
