Regulatory Submissions:

    

·  Coordinates and records the registration charges, until get the payment back from the oversea principals.

    

·  Arranges the dossier stamp work and submission.

    

·  Builds contacts and charges tracing data.

    

Artwork/Labeling/finished goods packaging quality:

    

· Ensures timely review after the approval of labeling or artwork by registration manager .

    

·  Interacts with appropriate cross-functional teams to shape label for assigned projects/products to ensure commercial needs and quality standards are met.

    

Budget:

    

·  Accountable for budget input and expense monitoring.

    

ADR and Monthly reports:

    

·   Updates the registration fee list base on month

    

·   Collects ADR from after sales department, and update to government’s website.

 Qualifications

1. University Bachelor's Science degree.  ·         

2. Minimum half years of applied regulatory experience or other working experience. ·        

3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment ·         

4. Computer literate in MS word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Adobe and familiarity with database navigation and usage. 5. Without regulatory experience with consumer products also take into consideration;  

6.Proven ability to quick learn and manage complex issues.
