工作职责

1. 为客户提供技术支持，包括培训，实施，答疑，咨询等；
2. 与销售团队协作，在销售过程中提供相应解决方案，包括数据、工作流程的收集，客户业务分析，技术解决方案设计等；
3. 与SDL客户在技术层面保持战略关系，与销售团队紧密合作，及时响应客户的要求；
4. 与SDL的合作伙伴在技术方面建立并保持战略关系；
5. 可以熟练的进行产品演示。

所需技能和经验

1. 通过专业的技能，研究客户的潜在需求，对客户业务进行分析，提供技术和商业的可行性方案；
2. 出色的演讲能力和交付技巧；
3. 通过ROI分析帮助客户理解解决方案的价值，并交付给客户内部的执行管理层；
4. 拥有良好的与技术人员合作和沟通的能力。

技术背景

1. 5年以上本地化工作经验；
2. 计算机专业优先；
3. 熟悉本地化业务，可熟练使用SDL Trados或其他CAT工具，熟悉Passolo优先；
4. 可熟练使用Windows服务器配置和网络环境。

个人技能

1. 能够理解不同行业和领域的业务内容；
2. 拥有出色的分析能力，能够针对客户的需求提供相应的解决方案；
3. 熟练的英语听说读写能力；
4. 善于解决问题和冲突；
5. 良好的时间管理，组织和领导能力；
6. 愿意国内外出差；
7. 根据SDL的企业文化和标准，参加团队活动和出席会议时保持良好的职业形象；
8. 拥有良好的沟通技巧；
9. 会粤语优先。
