职责描述：
●工程经理全职入住客户现场并领导现场团队履行合同要求的服务内容，满足客户期望。负责工程服务的绩效与公司标准和运营规程相匹配，确保高质量按时交付合同范围内的维护任务。并且他们还需要承担教练和辅导员的角色，指导团队全面理解和执行索迪斯营运必做。
●管理，维护及维修客户资产。
●指导工程团队高效并且安全地执行设备维护维修工作，监督并控制日常运作。
●监督计划的执行情况确保预防性维护保养工作按时完成；对于服务需求在规定的时间内响应并执行。
任职要求：
●全日制本科及以上学历。
●机械工程或电气工程相关专业，暖通空调专业优先。 （重要）
●8 年以上设施维护维修管理或相关工作经验。（重要）
●熟悉并能够根据设计蓝图开展工作，熟悉预防性/预测性维护及计算机化维护管理系统，熟悉维护计划。
●良好的团队意识、极强的领导力和执行力。
●普通话发音标准。
●基本的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel）操作能力。
