Job Position: HR Business Partner / HR Manager

Department: Human Resources
Location: Shanghai
Report to: China Business Head


Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for assigned all HR services and delivering effective result in recruiting, T&D, C&B .
- To apply HR strategy to Department base on mature business understanding and drive the business growth with the strategic and tactical approaches
- To involve in designing competency-based sales/sales management curriculum and implement these programs to enhance the organizational capability
- Be responsible for HR relative compliance coaching to assure that employees have the appropriate approaches to perform all duties and responsibilities.
- Trains, coaches and develops sales force utilizing HR professionalism in areas of the career planning and development in line with company career roadmap
- Any other assignments of talent development from China Business Head


Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree and above
- Minimum 5 years hands on HR experience in multinational company
- Experienced in sales force competency-based model designing will be a plus
- Excellent communication & implementation capability
- Initiative, accountability and strong business acumen
- Healthcare Industry background is a plus
