Talent Acquisition:

• Responsible for open positions recruitment.
• Partner with manager sto create/update Job Description& organization charts
• Identify and expand appropriate recruiting channels, build talent funnel

                

    

Compensation & Benefit:

• Accurately generate monthly payroll, and compensation analysis report
• Handle social insurance and coordinate income tax return
• Participate in budget / merit increase/market data survey and performance management.
• Manage HR system and maintain employee records Ensure accurate data at all times (Workday)

Communication & Employee activities:

• Initiate and Implement staff activities to enhance and promote company culture and Vision/mission
• Follow up Engagement Survey, promote employee engagement initiatives and programs
• Liaison with DHR and platform for projects implementation

                

    

Training& Development:

• Select and identify qualified training agents

        

Coordinate and ensure all necessary training program 100% attendance and participation including associates’ development plans and training program
