3、参与起草、修订公司人事管理、财务管理、劳动用工、合同管理等规章制度、条例或法律性文书；  

4、办理公司的商标注册、专利申请等与知识产权相关的法律事务；  

5、处理日常劳动关系纠纷，为相关法律事务提供咨询与建议； 

6、完成上级交待的其它工作。
