Goals/Mission:
- Manage Sales to achieve Sales target in assigned territories for medical product lines
实现区域内医疗产品线的销售目标。

Tasks:
- To manage and drive regional dealer business
- To create good relationship with end user
- To keep good relationship with key account, local key opinion leaders
- To support product promotion and related activity
- To manage regional projects
- 管理和推动区域内经销商业务
- 与最终用户建立良好的合作关系
- 建立与保持良好的与关键客户和地区学术舆论的合作关系
- 支持产品的推广等相关活动
- 管理区域项目及其他相关销售任务

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
本科及以上学历

Knowledge:
- Project report, follow up
- Information collection, analysis and summary
- Selling skill, special for customer conversation
- Familiar with sales workflow, understand sales chain
- Medical product knowledge

- 三至五年大医疗背景，牙科行业或设备类销售经验
- 口腔专业毕业者优先
- 能适应经常出差
- 具有良好的沟通能力

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives to ensure a customer centric organization.
- Assess and manage sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy.
- Develop and drive performance objectives, KPIs and countermeasures to ensure achievement of sales goals in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with sales channel through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-alongs etc.
- Actively ensure increasing mindshare of sales channel through creative sales & marketing efforts such as: product offerings, promotions, campaigns, and training.
