·       Receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients courteously. Ensure that they are registered in the Visitor’s Log Book and wear Visitor’s Badge.

• 礼貌接待外来访客，引导访客进行登记并佩戴访客卡。

·       Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls.

• 接听和转接来访电话。

·       Temporary badge management, include lend and collect.

• 临时门禁卡管理工作，包括借出和追回。
• Assist to lend the projector to staff, and check the record.
• 投影仪借出工作并做好记录。

·       Prepare welcome message and PPT as per BU's request.

• 按客户需要准备欢迎词。

·       Assist staff onboard and dismission.

• 协助办理员工入职离职手续。

·       Handle all outgoing mail packages by Courier services collection and record all other incoming/outgoing local courier services daily.

• 负责公司快递收发工作。

·       Assist and support to manage vendors, keep basic data accurate with analysis;

• 协助管理供应商以及进行相关数据分析工作。
• Provide office supply to employee.
• 发放办公用品。
• Meeting room set up management and transfer the request to each related people.
