You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
Senior Writer - Corporate Communications
Position Description:
The Senior Writer, Corporate Communications will create, edit, curate, aggregate and manage content for internal and external communications, including the preparation of executive level speeches, articles, reports and presentations, meeting notes and minutes, as well as edit and reviews of major deliverable, in both Chinese and English.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in journalism and communications;
Prior communications/writing experience, preferably in a corporate environment;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to:
Practice a collaborative and team-oriented work-style and effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment;
Ability to work in independent environment under aggressive timelines;
Leverage resources across multiple functions;
Develop strong business partnerships with management and peers company-wide;
Both, personally produce and develop written and other forms of communications, as well as, lead and direct other internal employees and outside resources to meet deadlines with accurate, high quality deliverables (advanced level).
Strong competency with:
Microsoft Office Suite;
Power Point.
