职位描述
Ecommerce campaigns:
1. Develop and execute e-commerce seasonal online marketing plan, with linkage to both commercial needs and digital marketing calendar. Key deliverable will include E-commerce marketing calendar management, campaign planning for mega events and investment strategy.
2. Coordinate with all relevant departments to make online campaigns successful in all channels: official website, We chat and TMALL.
3. Drive agency or TP to prepare for the campaign and conduct campaign review.
4. Work close with TMALL contact window to make sure our participant in all relevant TMALL campaigns and promotion.
Performance marketing
1. Jointly work together with online team, including annual/ seasonal/ campaign keywords selection and maintenance, Search platform evaluation and planning.
2. In charge of paid marketing inside of TMALL to drive paid media efficiency.
3. Online content marketing and E-commerce layout production.
4. Work closely with content and social team to create the content/ layout required for online channel
5. Manage agency to do page design and finish the validation process before the deadline.
Market intelligence
1. Regular reporting market intelligence, including market trend, competitor activities, etc.
2. Keep close monitoring of e-Com platform landscape changes, keep tracking shopper insights, and implications to e-Com marketing strategy.
Digital projects
1.Initiate digital projects to enhance more traffic to e-commerce platforms
PR
1. Assist Marketing team to develop and implement locally PR & Communications strategies in line with the Global brand directions, capturing both traditional and online/social media platform to ensure a full activation of all channels to deliver greater impact locally.
2. Leverage strong media network and relationships to maximize brand exposure creating connection with different key contacts (celebrities, manager, media, suppliers and partners in the market).
3.Prepare and write press releases and contents for the communication in the market
4. Manage S.T. DuPont social community (Webs, We Chat, RED) to drive awareness and engagement.
5. Overall official social community content planning, as well as mini-engagement ideation throughout the retainer period.
任职条件:
1.Innovative, Big Picture thinking, Customer Oriented, meanwhile with down to earth hands on execution to make things happen.
2. Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; effective and persuasive to drive systematic change via team collaboration.
3. Ability to work and grow in a complex and multicultural environment.
4. Organized and good project management.
5. Min. 5 years’ experience in online marketing or e-marketing in an international environment, ideally with TMALL e-marketing experience.
6. IT literacy, understanding of web technologies, content management system, social media, mobile tools.
7. Abundant Knowledge on Digital marketing and e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience.
8. Ability to connect with local and central teams.
9. Digital marketing experience ideally in luxury, industry.
10.Proficient in English.
