职位描述
1、审核销售单据，做好销售立账，负责日常收款核销；
2、主动保持与业务部门、业务员的沟通，及时提供信息给业务团队，以便促使公司资金的及时回笼；
3、负责日常系统发票的开具，凭证整理装订；
4、负责应收帐款的数据核对（如到款帐务的处理、客户欠款情况等），每月及时发送对账信息给客户（对账单、询证函等)；
5、客户信息的维护(建档及征信资料等)，审核客户开票信息，必要时对客户的信用进行调查，并给出建议；
6、配合完成月末结账，提供相关数据分析；
7、上级领导交办的其他工作事项。
岗位要求：
1、沟通能力强，注重细节，必要时能够独立完成所有应收会计职能下的所有操作；
2、熟悉财务软件、ERP系统，熟练使用EXCEL处理数据；
3、有较强的学习能力应对工作变化；
4、适应加班及出差，能够承受一定工作压力。
