岗位职责：
1、通过分析相关数据，驱动店铺销售，提升店铺的销售业绩
2、成为客户服务模范，满足并超越客户预期
3、成为品牌大使，不断展示品牌观念和价值，利用专业知识提升销售及客户忠诚度
4、指导、培训团队成员的产品知识、服务及销售技巧；不断激励团队成员实现***绩效
5、为店铺团队成员的招聘、入职、培训及发展提供支持
6、维持安全、有生产力的购物和工作环境，保证店铺正常运营
7、与团队成员协调，不断执行和维持店铺已有的陈列和宣传材料
8、在店铺经理缺席时代理店铺经理职务

岗位要求：
1、25-35周岁，全日制大专及以上学历
2、至少2年以上零售或服务行业管理岗经验，具备一定的销售、对客服务及店铺和人员管理经验
3、关注时尚，热爱运动，愿意在零售行业长期发展
4、有亲和力，具有较强的服务意识及良好的学习、沟通、团队协作能力，目标导向，关注结果
5、良好的分析、计算能力，能熟练使用office办公软件
6、能适应快节奏的工作环境
7、具备一定英语沟通能力者优先

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing and Guangzhou. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
