l Be mainly responsible for Luxury store layout and showcase design according to company business and products.主要根据公司的业务和产品负责设计门店，展示空间以及布展活动。

l Work closely with product designers and cross-teams to clearly understand product designs and distinguishing features of retail space make corresponding visual display strategy. 与品牌紧密沟通了解产品情况及店铺特性，订立相应的视觉陈列策略。

l Design and develop store related props and display accessories. 店铺相关道具以及陈列配件的设计和研发。

l Compile guide book for store display, set standards for product display, and maintain all the stores presenting the same visual image.编辑店铺陈列指导手册，建立产品陈列标准，维护统一的终端形象；

l Familiar with the technology, materials and construction method. 熟知科技，材料运用以及制作工艺。

l Be able to independently finish schematic drawings, renderings and construction drawing set. 能够独立思考并有效率的完成初稿，效果图和施工图。

l Developing and be responsible for projects budgets and quotation. 把控每个项目的报价。

l Deal with the related problem during the project period. 解决每个项目相关的问题。

l Guide and oversee suppliers to execute construction work based on requirements of store space, window deco and prop display, etc on site.指导供应商根据确定的品牌店铺空间、橱窗布置、道具陈列等各项目工作进行现场监督。

Requirements 任职要求：

l College and above, major in Art and Design related;美术、设计等相关专业毕业；

l Cosmetic background and experience is preferred; 有化妆品行业工作经验者优先；

l Excellent in applying design tools and software;熟练运用设计软件;

l Excellent in knowledge of design elements and engineering materials, can independently take up design of construction drawing and rendering.熟悉各种设计元素和工程材料，能够独立承担施工图或效果图设计;

l Good aesthetics, has distinctive view on design;具有良好的审美，对设计有着独特的见解;

l Good communication, and clearly illustrate design concepts and creative ideas; 良好的沟通力，能良好的阐述自己的设计观和创意点。
