岗位职责
1、 Ensure all KAs are taken care of properly with KA plan in place
2、 Develop and maintain KA customer relationship at all level to support Company’s position as the continued vendor of choice.
3、 Use CRM as basic tool for business planning and project management
4、 Understand the customers business; processes and key issues, ensure that Company’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties.
5、 Regular communicate with customer on their demand/forecast and update internally for planning and inventory/safety stock management
6、 Manage sales order processes for the applicable accounts to ensure smooth order execution, follow up pastdue orders
7、 Assist finance dpmt for customer credit control, follow up A/Rs to improve the DSO and account profitability
8、 Handle customer complaints
9、 Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction

任职资格
1. At least 5 years KAM experience in automotive industrial
2. Technical background in mechanical industry
3. Familiar with Tier 1 and Tier 2 company
4. Strong business growth mindset
