Responsibilities
Account Management
- Develop and implement All SE IAC transaction and solution business plan for key account
- Set up business model with key account (SI/EPC)
- Build and maintain good relationship with key person in account and relative influencers to lead continuous business from targeted accounts
- Establish and maintenance the relationship with channel partner, such as Distributor, and EPC/ SI in the EU business cycle, mainly to lead, drive and support regional sales team to increase project win rate.
- Leverage the internal and external resource to expand the marketing share in the KA
- Coordinate and communicate cross-regional project with sales teams in sales departments or Bus, especial in Tunnel and Utility Tunnel, Harbor sub-segments
Identify BusinessOpportunity
- Reach the individual sales target in segments
- Identify and create business opportunities in targeted customers and projects
- Develop prospect list for sales opportunities, deliver and coordinate with regional sales to reach total transportation segment’ s target
- Find project information, follow up key projects and support regional team
- Collect segment business intelligence to be competitive during the sales activity
Customer Oriented
- Follow up key projects in the key account (SI, DI, EPC), maintain segment KAs (CRCC, CREC)
- Follow up and support regional sales team and increase KP win rate, finish total segments’ target
- Coordinate local sales, technical and field service teams to offer best service to accounts
Brand Management
- Promote Schneider Brand in solution
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree,Related to Automation or Electrical
- More than 5 years as industry sales or account management in specified segment (infrastructure projects)
- Familiar with target segment customer behavior, project operation and market trend
- Job related competencies: Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing)
- Familiar with automation offers (PLC, HMI, VSD, Software, Drive…)
- Good oral and written English.
