Job Purpose:

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.

Key Responsibilities:

Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.

Frequently interacts with peers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

Develops an understanding of the requirements of the software subsystem. Typically in collaboration with a senior engineer, develops subsystem designs that meet the requirements. Provides time estimation for the design.

Participates in reviews of documents, designs, code, test cases and user documentation.

Provides work estimates and status reports to the technical lead and Project Manager, as requested. Maintains adequate interaction to ensure assigned tasks are prioritized appropriately.

Develops and documents code, according to the development process, that satisfies the software design. Develops and executes thorough unit test plans. Reports, analyzes, debugs and corrects defects. Integrates with other components to produce a final product.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

Must-to-have Qualifications:

? Bachelors above, master preferred. 本科及以上学历

? Over 1 year software development experience on C#. 3年以上C#开发经验，熟悉B/S架构设计于开发

? English reading and writing capability. 英文可读写

Preferred Qualifications:

? Familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. 熟悉HTML/CSS/JavaScript
