Job Responsible:

• Manage daily logistics activities & being escalated for outstanding logistics issues if occur
• Regularly hold recap meetings with logistics suppliers for the logistics performance & relationship
• Logistics SOP & KPIs upgrading & maintenance
• Stores Orders & Deliveries Manual upgrading & maintenance
• Ensure effective safety stock levels, & be responsible for accurate Inventory List
• Improvement of logistics transportation performance & be responsible for the accuracy
• Manage shared database with logistics suppliers, & brief clearly logistics plans/solutions to internal logistics team & external logistics suppliers
• Logistics costs management jointly with Procurement Team
• Optimize existing logistics routes based on stores' expansion & requirements
• Develop & upgrade logistics plan to cope with & support new stores/ markets/ areas
• Map out NSO logistics solution & ensure smooth kicking off
• Setting up sub-regions logistics
• Find & backup potential qualified regional logistics suppliers jointly with Procurement Team
• Frequent reviews on inventory system upgrading/ setting ups, & make full use of system to improve orders & deliveries, & also analysis
• Effective communications with overseas & be aware of the updated importation regulations

Job Requirement

• Microsoft software (i.e. word, excel)
• Inventory knowledge
• Strong communication skills with other departments, such as operation/ stores
• Can work overtime
• Sensitive to figures/ data
• Experience in relevant regional logistics field, 3PL experience is a plus
• Experience as team leader
• Responsible
• >= 3 years related working experience in logistics (catering or chain field is preferred)
