Role and responsibilities
1- Support Danaher companies / factories in Japan to achieve saving, through implementation of Danaher corporate indirect sourcing policy, strategy, e-tools and Kaizen.
2- Drive Danaher factories in Japan to source in low cost regions.
3- Local support and coordination with suppliers in Japan for Danaher global sites.
4- Regular review with key suppliers in Japan on quality, delivery and cost performance.
5- Drive Danaher companies in Japan to consolidate/leverage spending of logistic, real estate, IT and other indirect spending (travel, marketing, printing, etc).
6- Assist Danaher Japan Board on local sourcing projects/issues.
7- Other tasks in indirect sourcing assigned.

Qualification
? Minimum 5 years working experience.
? University education. MBA or engineer is plus.
? Well developed inter-personal skills and good communication skill, strong negotiation capability.
? Ability to work in an autonomous fashion with high self motivation, and the capacity to work in an unstructured environment and deal with a wide range of projects simultaneously.
? Fluent Japanese & English in oral and writing.
