Key Responsibilities:
1. Capture customer requirements and interpret into company standard products/ appropriate design specifications
2. Product cost analysis and provide quote to customer timely
3. Design product and prepare customer approval drawing, get approval from customer
4. Develop product design packet , including bill of material, design purchasing component drawing if needed, process ,task drawing, packing slip etc.
5. Initial/coordinate engineering change notice when needed
6. Design internal production tooling/fixture/equipment if needed
7. Support production improvement activities to improve product safety，quality , delivery, and cost
8. Understand and clarify customers' needs and provide product application support
9. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies - Knowledge, Skills,Abilities:
Bachelor degree, 1+ years in mechanical /electromechanical/electrical design experience in foreign company
Excellent skill in using Solidworks and AUTOCAD
Good engineering skills in testing, math, electrical theory, etc.
Good communication in both writing and speaking in English
Understanding and practical application of Microsoft Office, and Internet access software programs.
